Senior Growth Manager

Rotatelab is an independent mobile game studio in Turkey, founded by passionate gamers. Our games have been downloaded over 130M times across global markets.

We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own user acquisition and scale our games profitably combining sharp creative instincts with a data-driven approach to performance marketing.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and ad networks
  • Own acquisition budgets and optimize toward ROAS and LTV targets
  • Design and run creative A/B tests, working with artists on new concepts
  • Analyze funnel, retention, and monetization data to find growth levers
  • Forecast, report, and communicate performance to the wider team
  • Stay ahead of the mobile UA landscape and bring new channels to the table

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition / growth experience
  • A strong track record scaling paid campaigns profitably
  • Fluency with performance metrics ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention
  • Experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets
  • A creative eye and a structured, experiment-led mindset
  • Passion for mobile games and the players who love them
