Rotatelab is an independent mobile game studio in Turkey, founded by passionate gamers. We make satisfying puzzle games and grow them through constant iteration.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for one of our games balancing player delight, business goals, and a fast, data-informed live-ops cadence.

What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for your game
  • Define features and live-ops events from concept to launch and evaluation
  • Dig into metrics to understand players and guide decisions
  • Run A/B tests and turn results into a clear plan of action
  • Coordinate developers, designers, artists, and marketing around shared goals
  • Set and track KPIs for engagement, retention, and monetization

What we're looking for

  • Product management experience on a live mobile / free-to-play game
  • A data-driven approach and comfort with game analytics
  • Experience planning and running live-ops
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Sharp prioritization knowing what matters and what can wait
  • A real love for games and understanding of what makes them stick
