Marketing Artist

Rotatelab is an independent mobile game studio in Turkey, founded by passionate gamers. Our games have been downloaded over 130M times and great ad creatives are a big part of how players find them.

We're looking for a Marketing Artist to create scroll-stopping ad creatives for our games producing videos, playables, and static visuals that grab attention and drive installs.

What you'll do

• Design and produce video ads, static creatives, and store assets for our games
• Turn winning creative concepts into fresh variations for A/B testing
• Work closely with the growth team to analyze creative performance and iterate on what works
• Capture and edit gameplay footage into punchy, engaging ad videos
• Keep our creatives on-brand while pushing bold new ideas and formats
• Stay on top of mobile ad trends and bring new creative angles to the table

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience creating ad creatives for mobile games or apps
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop (or equivalents)
• A sharp eye for motion, timing, and what makes a creative convert
• Comfort working fast, testing often, and iterating based on data
• Basic 2D animation skills; Unity or playable-ad experience is a big plus
• A genuine passion for mobile games and the creatives that sell them
